Why do you train?

 

This video is very much in line with the concept of a human hero I've been cultivating over the past few years. I love exercise, I think everyone should exercise, eat well, and take care of their bodies- which in turn, helps care for all the other aspects that make up a life. However, I'm no stranger to body dysmorphia and the pressure to be bigger, stronger, faster... Love to all the young boys, men, and women, out there that struggle with acquiring more pieces of 'armor' because the world around you says so. Train for function, train for the love of it, train for fun. Keep your body healthy for the marathon that is life, not the short sprint to affirmation.
